Alex Kenworthy joined AllGear Digital in 2025 to lead the company’s finance function, overseeing financial strategy, planning, and operations. Before joining AllGear, he spent five years at Ankura in the Office of the CFO consulting practice, advising companies on financial planning, strategy, and operational scaling. Alex brings a passion for helping mission-driven businesses grow sustainably. He earned a degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
