We exist to...

Our Commitment to Diversity,
Equity, and Inclusion

AllGear Digital is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all, both for our company and in our content. As a minority-owned business, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is more than an initiative here — it’s deeply woven into the fabric of our organization. Prioritizing DEI at our company isn’t just about growing our already diverse team, but about the role we can have in being a part of the broader global conversation.

We strive to increase DEI across our entire media portfolio. Our staff continuously works to amplify the voices of the BIPOC community and underrepresented individuals because we believe that will allow us to tell better, more diverse stories…

In 2020, AllGear Digital matched more than $10,000 in employee donations to organizations that work toward equality and justice for marginalized communities, especially communities of color. In addition to monetary donations, a group from our Minneapolis office volunteered their time and energy to rebuild the city in the aftermath of that summer’s protests.

As an extension of the company’s charitable work in 2020, AllGear Digital became a proud Emerald Sponsor of the Metropolitan Economic Development Association (Meda), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help minority entrepreneurs succeed.

In 2022 and beyond, we are committed to learning and contributing to the ever-important DEI work being done in our industry and in our backyards.
