AllGear Digital, a leading publisher of best-in-class content focused on the outdoors and the active-lifestyle space, announces the promotion of Kyle Nossaman. His new role as VP of Sales elevates Nossaman to further grow the company’s sponsorship programs and direct-sold advertising campaigns.

The sales division at AllGear Digital works with brands to engage with millions of readers across the company’s suite of owned-and-operated media sites. AllGear Digital offers direct-sold advertising campaigns, video packages, podcast sponsorships, custom content, social media, live activations, and more.
In 2022, a standout campaign with Toyota included a nationwide event tour and an accompanying media project that reached millions.
“It’s been a great couple of years, and we finished 2022 on a strong note,” Nossaman said. “I’m proud of what we have accomplished as a sales team with the support of so many great brand partners.”
Nossaman has a background working at advertising agencies before joining GearJunkie in 2016. Over seven years with the company he wore various hats, from writer and gear reviewer, account manager, to sales lead. As VP of Sales, Nossaman oversees a growing sales team and works closely with the AllGear Digital Branded Content department on integrated campaigns.
In addition, Julie Robichaud, who has been an integral part of Nossaman’s team for 2+ years, has been promoted. Her new title is Sales Manager. In this role, Robichaud will manage a team of sales reps with Nossaman at AllGear Digital.
