Senior Campaign Manager
AGD is seeking a dynamic marketing campaign manager to lead the execution of custom advertising campaigns across its portfolio of outdoor-adventure publications, including owned-and-operated properties like GearJunkie and The Inertia, as well as advertising network partners like AllTrails and Teton Gravity Research. The Senior Campaign Manager will manage large-scale, custom media campaigns, including display advertisements, email newsletters, sweepstakes, custom editorial content, branded video, influence collaborations and live events, as well as be responsible for the performance of the broader Campaign Management team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Los Angeles, CA office. Compensation will be based on skills and experience, and is expected to range from $75,000-$100,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Campaign Management function to deliver best-in-class project execution and customer service
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for key client accounts, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout campaigns
- Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle process, from initial kickoff, creative development, execution, through launch and final reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, editorial, design, and social media, to ensure seamless campaign execution and high-quality deliverables
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Own the reporting process; create campaign performance reports to share with clients
- Track items such as: click-through-rates, time on page, engagements, and impressions
- Deliver top-notch client service as evidenced by repeat business
- Supervise campaign management staff
Requirements:
- 5+ years campaign management experience, with 3+ years in a digital media publishing group or advertising agency (outdoor-adventure industry experience is preferred)
- 2+ years team leadership including direct supervision of junior Marketing staff
- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy and improve process
- Familiarity with digital media and advertising platforms, including content management systems, project management software, and video and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project success
- A PMP or equivalent project management credential or experience
