Paid Social Media Specialist (Part-Time, Contract)

 

AllGear Digital seeks Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented digital marketer with experience in paid social media campaigns and content creation. You will be responsible for executing paid social strategies across multiple platforms, developing creative assets, collaborating with stakeholders and optimizing performance to maximize engagement and reach. This is a remote role expected to work 5-10 hours per week. Compensation will be based on skills, experience and location.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage paid social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
  • Develop creative assets for paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client and publisher brand guidelines and adherence to campaign standards.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of paid social campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine content strategies and enhance audience engagement.

 

Qualifications

  • 1.5+ years experience working on paid social and branded content campaigns with an ad agency or digital publisher.
  • A passion for the outdoor, active lifestyle.
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail, as evidenced by a high-quality, error-free social media portfolio showcasing branded content, ads, organic content, and video edits.
  • Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns with a strong understanding of ad placements, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) for designing creative assets and editing video content.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, audience behaviors, and platform best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance reporting tools.
